Terms

The most important thing to us in doing this work is your satisfaction with the goods and services you’ve received from our company. For this reason, we request that you read the terms set out below. 

By placing an order, Buyer acknowledges agreement to all terms described below.

Description and condition

1.  We do not claim to be experts in any area.  Due diligence is used in researching every item, and never claim an item to be of a particular brand or origin unless it is know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is so. If it is suggested that an item looks like, or may be, of a particular origin or brand, it is made abundantly clear that we are not asserting that it is definitely of that origin or brand, but rather that, based on information and belief, we have reason for thinking it might be. 

2.  Buyers should read the item description carefully, and to look closely at all photos, to determine the age, condition, and value of the item.  In return, we promise to both make mention in the listing, and include photographs, of any and all cracks, chips, repairs, wear due to age, and any other condition issues found.

a.  Please keep in mind that while we try very hard to take and post photos that accurately represent the item’s color and shading, a professional photographer is not utilized, and the variations between computer monitors may result in the item appearing slightly different from what you expect.

b.  Our goals include representing the size of the item as precisely as possible, but all measurements mentioned in the listing must be understood to be approximate.

3.  Please ask any and all questions before purchasing an item.  We are happy to answer every question to the best of our ability, with honesty, candor, and respect for the buyerr.  By all means, ask for additional information and/or photos if you wish.

Payment

1.  We accept payment only through PayPal.

2.  Please pay within 3 days of purchasing, and item will ship immediately upon receiving payment.

Shipping

1.  Our goal is to pack and ship your item immediately upon payment being received, and we almost always achieve that.  At unusually busy times of day or (rarely) even two might pass before the item is shipped.  Under no circumstances will more than three days elapse before your item is shipped.

2.   The shipping fee in the listing applies only to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the continental United States.

a.  International buyer is always responsible for any custom charges, taxes or duties that may be due.  These charges ARE NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing or buying.

3.  Recycled boxes and shipping materials are utilized whenever possible.
